beginnings
June 21, 2008Is it true that beginnings and endings are not at all significant? They say that what really matters is the middle —the events that would connect the beginning & the ending. Perhaps there’s truth in that saying but I would say that beginnings aren’t always easy. If the middle is significant, then for me, the beginning is the hardest part.
Why am I saying this? Well, the classes are on for two weeks now, and still I haven’t found my way back to the race. I know that this kind of attitude won’t get me anywhere that’s why I’m trying to set the habit. Eva’s text message says that a habit is formed in 21 days without break. I kindov implemented this but I would always end up breaking. It was another beginning yesterday and I’m being optimistic that I won’t break it this time. I’m on my second day and from here, let’s see if my habit-forming activity will succeed.
